I could beans and rice almost every day. All kinds of beans but these red beans sound delicious. I have had this in New Orleans so it is time to make my own. The key is cooking the beans long enough and add the right seasoning. The seasoning in the recipe is perfect for it. This is going on my list. I make food ahead of time so when I get off work, I just have to heat it. This will be perfect. I make rice every week. Thank you.

Do you have a link that works for this recipe? I try to click on it, but it takes me to a site page that says I will redirected and that the site may not be safe. I love making beans, so I am thinking that this is a good recipe to try. I bet the family would love this as a different idea for dinner one night.

I've been looking for a similar recipe for a while now. I LOVE red beans and rice, but I love the spicy version even more. Gotta try this!
