Slow Cooker Chicken Salsa Soup

"This Chicken Salsa Soup is about as easy as recipes come. I love this soup as an alternative to Taco Tuesdays. My kids like doing Mexican themed food on Tuesdays, but a girl can only take so many tacos! It's also great because you get it going in the morning and by dinner time it's ready to be served up with almost no fuss. We like to use a medium heat salsa which gives the soup a great flavor, but no real heat. You could totally amp it up with a spicier salsa or some chili pepper if you prefer though"
