Whenever I go to a nice restaurant, I tend to order seafood dishes much like this one, since I don't get to eat them much at home. My husband and son don't care for seafood. For about the same price as I would spend at a fancy restaurant on a meal, I can make this at home for myself! And trust me - I will eat the leftovers! A real treat.
