Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 slices carrots
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained, reserving juice
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions

Brown pork cubes in a hot skillet.

Mix pork, carrots, broth and teriyaki sauce into your slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

Mix cornstarch with reserved pineapple juice; stir into pork mixture.

Stir in pineapple juice and green pepper.
