I have a small family of three, so preparing a whole turkey is not very practical for us. Nobody really cares for the dark meat anyway. This is a much better option for us, and it is not nearly as complicated or intimidating as a whole bird! It would also be the perfect fool - proof method for a beginner hosting their first Thanksgiving!
