This recipe for corn jalapeno dip sounds out of this world. It's got both sour cream and cream cheese in it that will add to the slightly sweet flavor of this dip. This is why it really is awesome with the salty bacon on top. It's the combination of the sweet and the salty that makes this so good!

This dip looks amazing. I will be trying this for our Cinco de Mayo street party this year. I generally prefer to use frozen corn, over tinned corn. If it is thawed and drained, I assume it could be substituted? I would also prefer to use low fat cream cheese.
