Slow Cooker Corn and Jalapeno Dip
Slow Cooker Corn and Jalapeno dip can be a great appetizer choice for a game day event or family picnic or casual get-together. This dip certainly will have a kick to it that many guests will appreciate. This cheesy dip is loaded with corn, sliced jalapenos and black beans. It would also make a great sauce topper for some delicious chicken breasts. In case you are not into spicy dips, chiles can be substituted for the jalapenos. This recipe is extremely easy. You take each of the ingredients and throw them in the slow cooker and once it's done, your dip is ready to be served. You can choose your favorite tortilla chip to serve with the dip and your guests will be excited to partake.

I'd like to maybe see if this would work if I added a small can of drained petite diced tomatoes. Another twist on this otherwise perfect recipe would be to throw in a jar of salsa. If you serve that over grilled chicken breasts then you would have yourself a complete meal!
