This recipe sounds like something my husband might like to try because he loves mushrooms. What did the texture of the mushroom turn out like when you made these? Was it crispy? My husband won't eat it if it is rubbery or slimy from grease, and it is so hard to make mushrooms in a way that turns out right.

Hi SissieSass, the blogger would know more about the texture of these mushrooms. I would recommend commenting on the recipe on her site! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
