I think my hubby may love this recipe, but what is kefalotyri cheese? I have no clue what that is or where to find it except its probably in the refrigerated section. I know my husband would love the portabellos. He is a huge mushroom fan, and will go crazy if I make this for him.

Hi SissieSass, kefalotyri is a Greek cheese, but if you can't find it the blogger suggests using pecorino instead. I hope that helps! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
