I can't say that I have ever heard of broccoli slaw. What is it? What is in it? I want to try this dish, but I have to figure out the slaw first. I like the other ingredients that you use like the ginger and minced garlic along with the brown sugar.

Hi SissieSass, broccoli slaw is just another name for the shredded stems of broccoli. You can sometimes find it with other salad mixes in the produce aisle. It's just a nice alternative to shredded cabbage! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes

These are pretty easy to make. You will need to have some cooking/kitchen skills while working with the wonton wrappers. It may take a few tries to get good at it. That will be the most time consuming part of this recipe. The pork cooks 8 hours in your slow cooker while you sit and do nothing -) except prepare your homemade BBQ sauce. Mouthwatering as a main dish! I can't wait for just the occasion to try this.
