My favorite soup in a meatball? HOW CAN I LOSE? Sounds great.

Well isn't this the easiest recipe I have ever seen? I can't believe how quick it is to toss in the crock pot in the morning. I can peel and chop my potatoes the night before and leave them soak in the refrigerator until I get home. This makes an excellent meal with enough sauce to go over rice, potatoes, or bread.
