Do the turkey meatballs on the bottom get squished by the end of cooking when you stack them in the crock pot? I think your recipe sounds very healthy and tasty at the same time. I love recipes that use zucchini because there never seems to be enough of them for me. I love that the vegetable is so versatile.

Delicious sounding turkey and zucchini meatballs that I know even a non-vegetable person would be willing to try. The simple and fresh ingredients are easily found at the store. I would serve these over egg dumplings or no-yolk noodles. Also great- make a double batch, serve half for dinner and freeze the other half for those late nights where you've got no time to cook!
