Can I use cornstarch if I am out of the tapioca? I read that tidbit in another recipe. I love that you used flavors like red wine, beef broth, and tomato paste to give the dish a bold, hearty taste. This is definitely going on my grocery list for this week because I want to try it so much. Great idea!
