Does the flour thicken up the sauce after the meatballs cook? I love to have a thick sauce with any meatball or meatloaf I cook, so it will go well with mashed potatoes. I think these would be perfect for dinner when company is coming over and you want to have time to spend with them instead of cooking the entire time they are at your place.
