Slow Cooker Java Brisket
Looking for a delicious meat dish for an upcoming family dinner or party? Here is a recipe for brisket with a fun twist, especially if you are an avid coffee drinker. You make this brisket in your slow cooker and you add about six ounces of strong brewed coffee along with Worcestershire sauce and tarragon vinegar to accomplish an amazing taste for both your brisket and your gravy. Coffee is great for adding a richness to your beef and gravy dishes. This is a wonderful dish that you can pair with oven-baked potatoes and a host of vegetable dishes. Your party will be complete with this recipe.

What is the difference between tarragon vinegar and other vinegars like rice wine, balsamic, or red wine? Can I find it in the same spot in the grocery store as the others, or is it a specialty item? I like that you chose the Yukon Gold potatoes. I like the mellow taste they have in most dishes.
