I really want to make this recipe, but I have all the ingredients except the beer. Can I use something else instead? I can see how this would make a great cheat night dish or a fun recipe when you plan to have friends over for drinks. You can make a few of these and slice them up into bite sized pieces and share with the crowd. Yummy!
