I have not had quiche in a really long time, but this looks delicious! I love anything you can make in a slow cooker! The recipe looks easy too, which is always nice. This would be the perfect Sunday recipe, since it only cooks for 4 hours or so. I cant wait to make this!

This one is interesting because it is not an actual quiche perse. There is premade biscuit mix that is folded into your veggie and egg / cheese mixture. I only wish that I could set this up the night before so that it will be ready for me when I get up in the morning! Give me more breakfast recipes like that and I will be forever grateful. However, this DOES look yummy. I could eliminate the red pepper -)

Spinach and mushrooms are two of my favorite vegetables and also two of the vegetables I can get my husband to eat. This would be a great recipe to put in the crockpot on a Saturday night and plug in very early on Sunday morning. By 10 am or 11 am, after having coffee and watching the morning new shows this will be a yummy breakfast to have.

Slow cooker quiche? Seriously? That must be the best news so far this year! And, let me tell you, this quiche is really tasty. Spinach, cheese, bacon, red pepper, chives all make for a delicious combination. Its not at all fiddly to make and then the slow cooker does the rest while you get on with something else. We had a brunch on the weekend for friends and extended family and it disappeared so fast that there is no doubt that everyone loved it!
