This recipe sounds so delicious. I can see where the addition of the cream cheese would make a difference. It will make those eggs so creamy. Plus I like that it is layered and the broccoli is on the bottom. I like to make dishes like this ahead of time. I work from home and fixing breakfast first thing in the morning can be a pain. I can prepare all this, cook it for while I am working, put in the extra cheese on my first break and by the time lunch comes around I can have something tasty and hot to eat. Getting hungry already. Thank you.

Pictures are worth a thousand words. The recipe title got my attention but the picture lured me in. The ingredients to make this are usually always on hand at my house but with just two of us at the empty nest, I will have to hold the recipe until holiday time.

This looks like a perfect church lady recipe, something our family would eat after Sunday morning church. I am curious if it could also be made with sausage instead of bacon? It would take two of these to feed our famly and we are a divided family....some bacon lovers, some sausage. Has anyone tried this using sausage? If so, how much sausage did you use?

Im always on the lookout for brunch dishes that include vegetables. This mix/pour/cook quiche is so easy and so good. The cream cheese adds special creaminess. My husband wants meat in any breakfast dish of this type, so I added some leftover ham I had ground to make ham salad. Others (grandchildren) dont want to find chunks of broccoli, so I chopped it finely, using the florets and buds. Everyone was happy, especially me! No leftovers and easy cleanup.

One of the best parts of any quiche (or pie) is the crust. However, this recipe for a Slow Cooker Crustless Broccoli Cheese Quiche sounds like the crust will not be missed. The addition of the cream cheese just sets the recipe apart from others. I know I will serve this during the holidays when family gathers.
