This recipe looks delicious! I love everything on the ingredients list, and will definitely be trying this recipe in the future! I have not seen very many recipes for slow cooker pork chops, so this will definitely be a new experience for me. I am wondering if anyone has tried this recipe, leaving in the crockpot for 8 hours or so, because if I make these I will not be home in 6 hours to turn it off.

I like all the ingredients in this recipe. It is nice to see a recipe for slow cooker pork chops The cayenne red pepper, cumin and chili powder. will give it lots of flavor and some heat. I would first brown the pork chops in a pan, covered with some flour and pepper to give them some color and get rid of some fat.
