Ingredients
- 5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Instructions

Place thighs in slow cooker.

In a small bowl, whisk the soy sauce, Worcestershire, tapioca, garlic, brown sugar, and oyster sauce together.

Pour over the top of the chicken and tie up the liner.

Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

Break up chicken into pieces with two forks.

To thicken the sauce (if desired), add cornstarch.

Serve chicken and sauce over rice or on sandwich bun.
