We get both chicken (thigh meat- extra flavorful) and ground sausage with this dish. I've never had chicken and sausage together in one dish. I eat cream cheese everyday on my morning bagel. But I use 1/3 less fat cream cheese, and it is JUST as good. So, if you're health conscious just use that substitution. Also, you can use Jennie O hot Italian turkey sausage! That stuff is so good!
