Sweet and sour chicken is one of my favorite Chinese meals, unless we go to a buffet. This recipe looks so easy, which I love. I think my family would love this chicken, and I know I would. I think it will be one that we use frequently. I love anything made in the slow cooker, because it means less worry at the end of a long work day.
