I had no trouble with the link - it went straight to the recipe. This recipe is great for the whole family! Kids will love the sweet flavor of the simple sauce. If you wanted to skip the step of skimming the fat, you could use boneless skinless chicken breasts for this, or even bite sized strip of lean pork tenderloin. I might serve it on top of brown rice, with some steamed broccoli or snow peas on the side for a complete delicious meal.
