This recipe looks a lot like tuna casserole. I'm surprised it's an alfredo recipe. My family loves all chicken, pasta, and alfredo dishes so we will put this in our meal plans for next week. I will probably use my favorite vegetable, broccoli, and see if my son can resist picking out the broccoli!
