This recipe seems to be misnamed. It should actually be two separate recipes. The Barbecue Chicken is generic and could be made ahead to use alone or as part of other recipes. The Golden Rice and dipping sauce are the only things even remotely Thai, but theres no lemongrass, nor any coconut milk or cream. I dont think Thai basil really counts.
