Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Chicken would be a great dish to serve on a busy weeknight or for a casual weekend dinner. This recipe can be made into a freezer meal that will take only a couple of minutes to prepare. So basically, you defrost your freezer meal, dump it into your slow cooker the morning of the day you want to serve it, turn on your slow cooker, and when you return from your day a delicious chicken dinner is ready for plating. Green salsa, onions, garlic, and cumin will bring some fabulous flavor to your dish. The recipe suggests chiles, but if they are too spicy you can use your judgement whether you want to go with them. Your dish will taste great either way.

thank you for this tasty chicken recipe. usually when I make chicken breasts in my slow cooker I just add a can of enchilada sauce. I am happy to see a recipe with a better variety of ingredients. This would be great for tacos, nachos, or as a taco salad.
