It is, after all, the official start of the pumpkin spice season! I love cheesecake, as well. Now to me, the best part is that it is broken down for Weight Watchers nutrition values! I am on the Freestyle program. Any dessert I can find where the points are already figured out is an instant add to my recipe book!

I was really wanting a pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving, but I didn't make one, because everyone else wanted pumpkin rolls. I still have two pumpkins from the garden, so I used one of those for this recipe, after Thanksgiving. This cheesecake is so good, it's hard to believe it is low in fat. And the fact that I could cook this in my slow cooker was amazing to me. I made some pumpkin spice whipped cream for the top, and this was an instant favorite. I will definitely be making this again whenever the pumpkin cheesecake mood hits me.

I can see making this for more than just a dessert one night. I think I have a lot of family and friends that would love to eat this when over for the holidays. I may even add it to my game weekend dishes for one of our sweet treats to go with our tailgate food because it would fit in well.

I love that it is low in fat, and hope it tastes as great as it looks! The best part about this recipe is that you use the slow cooker!

Who knew you could make a cheesecake in the slow cooker? On top of that, who knew you could make a cheesecake that is low fat and still tastes great? This looks so good, and pumpkin cheesecake is a favorite at our house, so I cant wait to give this recipe a try.

I never thought a cheese cake could be low in fat let alone done in a slow cook...you learn something new everyday. I tried growing pumpkins last year, I got 3 very small ones (better than nothing) I might try use them for this recipe instead of canned pumpkin, it can be hard to get in the shops here. Thanks for the idea.

Who would think this is a low calorie recipe? It looks just delicious and is a little bit healthy, because it includes yummy pumpkin. I've never tried to cook a dessert in a slow cooker, but this one has really inspired me. I can't wait to give some of the recipes on this brilliant site a go.
