This pineapple upside down cake recipe is easily made in the slow cooker using only four ingredients. White cake mix combines with melted butter and brown sugar to create a cobbler-like topping, and canned pineapple cooks into a sweet and soupy fruit filling. Pineapple upside down cake is such a classic, right? I love that you made a recipe to make it in the crock pot. I think it can be super easy to make on a day when you just have so much going on that you want a nice dessert to end the day with so that you can start to unwind before bed.
