Do you think it would hurt anything to use peanuts instead of the walnuts or pecans in this recipe? I was thinking of maybe using honey roasted peanuts because of the rich, earthy flavor and the sweet kick. I love apple desserts. My kids like them a lot too, so I know they will enjoy this recipe.
