Slow Cooker Monkey Bread
Ooey, gooey and delicious, this recipe for Slow Cooker Monkey Bread is simply amazing. Because this recipe is made with pre-packaged cinnamon rolls, there is very little prep time required for you. Ingredients
- 3 cans (12.4 oz. each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions

Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters. Reserve icing.

Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in slow cooker.

Add cinnamon roll pieces. Stir to coat with butter mixture.

Cook on HIGH 1 1/2-2 hours or LOW 2-3 hours.

Using oven mitts, turn out rolls onto a platter. Let cool 10 minutes.

Drizzle with reserved icing.

Okay, this sounds like it has to be the easiest monkey bread recipe I have ever heard of before, and it seems so simple to make. I love that the serving size is 32 people. I can see my kids devouring most of these themselves with only 3 of them unless I buy the really big cinnamon rolls. I like that it is quick to put together. You can start it when you get up and have it ready before leaving.
