Well these can't get much simpler to make. I never thought about making caramel bars in the crock pot, but I bet this turns out perfect every time as long as you don't overcook it. I love that it uses almost all ingredients from scratch. The only thing that isn't is the caramel.

Wow! This look delicious! I love caramel anything, even more than chocolate. I've joked that I could eat a whole jar of caramel topping! I will definitely make these dessert bars. Doesn't the picture look yummy? I hope I can find caramel bits because I don't like unwrapping caramel squares.
