Upside-Down Summer Fruit Pudding Cake
Upside-Down Summer Fruit Pudding Cake is a simple dessert that layers fruits and cake batter. The fruity mixture of this slow cooker cake recipe is made with jam and frozen summer fruits such as strawberries and raspberries. However, you can use whatever fruit you'd like. It's like an upside-down cake because the batter is layered on top of the fruit in the slow cooker. Serve this easy fruit dessert recipe with whipped cream or ice cream for a sweet treat.

What is the Stork baking liquid? I can't say that I have ever heard of it before now. I think your recipe sounds delicious, but I will have to figure out the ingredients and the amounts, but I really think this is a great way to use up fruit before it goes bad. Because it makes a sauce, you don't have to worry if the fruit is overripe.

Hi SissieSass, Stork baking liquid is just a replacement for butter, so you just use butter instead. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
