I am a huge fan of teriyaki chicken, and used to order a chicken teriyaki sub from Subway at least once a week for lunch. This recipe is sooooo much better, as the meat is so tender and flavorful. I like to make a double batch with a mix of boneless thighs and breast tenders so I can not only enjoy it for dinner, but the leftover meat can be used throughout the week to make awesome sandwiches, wraps, and entre salads!

This dish looks amazing! We love teriyaki at our house and chicken thighs are so good when cooked in a sauce. I would serve this with rice and broccoli and may even add some thinly sliced carrots to the mix. Teriyaki yumminess with a eye to cost conscious cut of chicken. Buy a big package of thighs and split them into smaller packages, make some delicious dishes with them!
