I just mentioned that I hadn't heard of cinnamon and pork together in another comment, and here I come across a second recipe. What is the difference between dark soy sauce and regular soy sauce? I have never heard of dark soy sauce. I like the use of cranberries. Some of the recipes I come across call for whole jellied cranberries, but I am sure that any would work after hours in the crock pot.
