Grilled Barbeque Pizza
Ever wonder how to bbq a pizza? Get out of the boring cheese pizza routine and try this Grilled Barbeque Pizza recipe using slow cooker pulled pork, bbq sauce, veggies and cheese and your own grill. - 2 pounds Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ
- 16 ounces BBQ sauce
- 4 large prepared pizza crusts
- 1 large green bell peppers, diced
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 1 bag shredded Colby Jack cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place thawed product in slow cooker and heat on high 3-4 hours.

Preheat grill to medium heat. Assemble pizzas by spreading equal parts BBQ sauce, BBQ Pork, sliced red onions, diced green bell peppers and cheese on each.

Place pizzas on grill and cook with lid closed for 10-12 minutes. Check periodically to ensure even cooking among all pizzas.

I have never had a pulled pork pizza, but the combination sounds intriguing. Does the pork make the pizza crust soggy. My daughter will not even try it if it looks like it has a soggy bread or crust of any kind. I love that it is not something you would normally put on a pizza.
