Can I leave out the capers in this dish? We never cook with them, and I am pretty sure none of us would care for them, but you never know I guess. My favorite part of your dish is the fire-roasted tomatoes. I bet that adds a shot of flavor that is just one of those fun things to see when people take the first bite.
