Do you have an onion preference? We like to use red onions for most of our meals because the flavor pairs better with meats. I like the combination of red onion and bell peppers. It smells divine when you make sloppy joes or pulled pork with peppers. I can make sliders, subs, an over mashed potato dish, and many others with the combination of peppers, onion, and pork.
