Do you think this recipe would work with a bone-in ham like a spiral ham? I love that you use Dijon mustard because it provides a nice tang and surprising flavor to the dish that you may not get with any other ingredient. Thank you for making sure to add the comment about not draining the pineapple. I did that by mistake once and learned the hard way when my ham came out crunchy.
