I love pork and kraut. I think it is a great combination, don't you? Every year we carry on the tradition of the New Year by eating a bite of sauerkraut and pork at midnight. I don't remember all the details, but it is a tradition that we still follow to this day, and my kids now do the same with us each year as I did at home.
