Can I use salsa or taco sauce for the chimichurri sauce in this recipe? I have no idea where to find the sauce, but this dish sounds so good that I am going to have to make it. We love a good roast in our home, and this is one I cannot pass up. Great idea!

Hi SissieSass, either of those would be fine. You could also use some store-bought pico de gallo to add some freshness to the tacos. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
