Lazy Slow Cooker Cheesesteak Sandwiches
"Slow cooker cheesesteaks are a delicious and easy "Philly style" dinner you can make right in your own kitchen. Tender shredded beef, caramelized onions, fresh peppers and mushrooms all slow cooked together to make a unforgettable (but easy) meal all will love. Serve on a crunchy Italian roll with some gooey melted provolone cheese or with some melted Cheez-Whiz for the fully “street vendor effect”. This one pot meal cooks in about 5 hours. It is a great summer dish as it cooks full in your slow cooker which won’t over heat your kitchen the way an oven or cook top can. "
