Loaded Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches
Loaded Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches taste just like something you could order from your favorite restaurant, but you can make them at home! Plus, you can easily customize this recipe with your favorite toppings. The savory beef is cooked in a rich herb blend and juice from pepperoncini peppers. Once the beef is cooked, make the sandwiches using toasted rolls or buns, cheese, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, or anything else you like. This slow cooker beef recipe would be great for game day! After one bite, you won't want to eat Italian beef any other way.

This stuff really makes weeknight meals easy! As long as you are not too lazy to throw together a sandwich, this is completely doable - even for a beginner cook. It is a big crowd pleaser, and I like to lay out an array of toppings so that everybody can make their own. I might add that it is much less expensive than having a sandwich place cater your event!

Do you like to use regular or smoked provolone for these sandwiches? I love the smoked version. I think it gives the meat a more earthy flavor and a rich taste that is like nothing else. I love your recipe. I can't wait to sample it and see what the family thinks about it too.
