I am loving this recipe for mashed potatoes. I am not very good at making mashed potatoes! But after reading this recipe I am confident that I can finally make them without any issue. My crock pot is not so old, so I see that mine could probably cook those potato chunks in 3 hours. Older crock pots will take longer, according to the blogger. All you will need is milk and sour cream OR Greek yogurt!
