These sweet potatoes are made using only 3 tablespoons of butter? When I make mashed potatoes I would use about a stick of butter. I think I have been overdoing it all these years. These look simply delicious. For my healthy-er lifestyle change I recently made, I would consider making this for myself and have leftovers for a week. Thanks for adding this recipe for the readers.
