I have honestly never even thought about making bread in a slow cooker...but this will be perfect for Thanksgiving. The herb butter also sounds perfect. The idea that I don't have a 30 second window to get my rolls out of the oven before they burn even came to mind. Thanks for this recipe. If it is as good as it looks, it will be a new Thanksgiving and Christmas tradition!

This is such an easy way to make bread. Who knew you could do it in a slow cooker? I'd whip up a batch of herb butter to go with it to complement the rosemary in the bread. By just changing out the herbs in the bread you can make a ton of variations, too. Great holiday recipe!
