I love cornbread and never thought of adding butternut squash to it. It does sound delicious and will add a wonderful additional flavor to it. Easy to make and it will bake in no time. Thank you.

I have been looking for more ways to add fruits and vegetables to my diet without them always being on the side of the plate. I love this idea for the butternut squash. I have not used it before, but I am really excited to find another recipe that I can try it in to see if I like it. I know it will be great to have a healthy veggie in the mix.

This is such a clever and unique bread recipe! Your family will be pleasantly surprised by the sweet flavor and also the moist and tender texture that the butternut squash lends to it. I make bread with zucchini squash all the time in the summer, but never thought to use the butternut variety. Thanks!
