I love potatoes with Parmesan cheese. They are like one of my favorite foods and I can just eat these for dinner. I usually boil my potatoes and then put them in a casarole dish and put Parmesan cheese and garlic on and bake in the oven. They taste good but most times the potatoes are still a little hard. I am so glad to see a recipe for making them in the slow cooker. So much easier to put all ingredients in the crock pot and just wait 3 hours for them to be done and serve. This is going to be used a lot at my house. So simple and easy. Do you use fresh garlic or powdered.
