"One of my fave things to do in the slow cooker is make side dishes like these Slow Cooker Parmesan Garlic Potatoes. When my oven is full or it’s too hot on a summer’s day to turn it on, I turn to my trusty crock pot to help me out! Yes! You can use your slow cooker to make potatoes like the Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes I made here. But these are small pieces of new potatoes and get spiced up with a good heaping of garlic and some Parmesan."
