When my oven is full or it’s too hot on a summer’s day to turn it on, I turn to my trusty crock pot to help me out! Yes! You can use your slow cooker to make potatoes like the Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes I made here. But these are small pieces of new potatoes and get spiced up with a good heaping of garlic and some Parmesan."
