Simple Slow Cooker Shrimp Chowder

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, cooked ( pre cooked real bacon pieces can be substituted)
- 16 ounces shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 3 cups chicken Broth
- 3 cups red skin potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 (15-ounce) can sweet corn
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika, sweet
- 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk (fat free can be used)
- 1 (14-3/4-ounce) can creamed corn
Instructions

Place onion, potatoes, celery, broth, corn (not creamed), Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, and paprika) in a medium sized slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.

After 6-7 hours, add shrimp, bacon and evaporated milk and creamed corn. Cook on low for an additional 30 Minutes.

Oh my goodness...I love the combination of shrimp and corn together. This chowder looks and sounds so hearty and satisfying, it will be perfect when it's cold and wintry out...and although I'm sure it's delicious just as it is, I think I'd have to leave out the bacon on this meal and add some extra shrimp and red pepper flakes instead.
