I love the chicken soup. It is a litte different and that makes it even better. The addition of both sweet and white potatoes is both unusual and tasty. I like the idea of processing the herbs and seasonings is unusual but I like the way it disperses the flavors. I have never used ginger in my soups before I tried it in this time I made the soup. Same with cabbage. It is now my go-to recipe. I was also intrigued with the accent of Victoria. Is it Russian? Very refreshing to hear. Unusual.
